I've always liked yogurt, but hated all the non-recyclable packaging, so I found ways to use it.
The brand I used to buy had the "date code" stamped onto the clear lid, so when you stacked the lids, say 50-deep, the dates would spiral off into increasingly blurry layers of plastic, like they were fading into the past.
The stacked lids also made me think of looking lengthwise down a strand of DNA, its complexity compounded with each line of code.
I lived in a place with a nice view when I took this picture: all that color behind my hand is just dawn over Brooklyn.
